What can I expect from the Immersive Media Art Exhibition “Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow”?

The immersive exhibition "Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow" invites visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the original drama with the same name. The exhibition reimagines 10 major themes from the drama, including the main storyline and the characters Jung Jin Gak and Jin Yo Won, through the use of media art. Visitors can engage with the world of Alchemy of Souls firsthand through 10 themed scenarios. The exhibition employs holograms, projection mapping, light and graphics to portray the dreamy and elegant Daeho and the art of Alchemy of Souls, transporting visitors into the story.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

Around 60 minutes

There is air conditioning.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

The experience is accessible for the hearing impaired.

What accessibility options do we have for the visually impaired?

The experience is not accessible for the visually impaired.

Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?

No food or drinks will be sold in the exhibition hall and no outside food is allowed.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Can children see this exhibition?

Kids aged 4 and up are welcome to try it out, but those aged between 4~13 should have a guardian attending them.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There is no separate break room.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Restrooms are available inside the exhibition hall.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?

It's your choice whether or not you wear a mask.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes. For a pleasant experience, we ask that you please arrive on time for your session.

What happens if I arrive late?

You just need to arrive before closing time.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed.

Are service dogs allowed?

Visually impaired people are not allowed to enter and guide dogs are not allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

4+

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Unfortunately not.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available.

What if the weather is bad?

It's an indoor exhibit, so it's not affected by the weather.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Alcohol and anything else that may disturb other visitors.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Wheelchairs are not available for rent.

Regarding the tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes, you can also purchase tickets at the event, on top of Fever website/app.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Refunds or exchanges are available up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session for the purchased ticket. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Ticket Transfer is not allowed for this event.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for the experience can only be purchased on Fever.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
